Fisher Strength & Health Gym is:


The goal of this gym is to provide a combination of traditional strength training through the use of weights and machines mixed with functional training, which encompasses numerous philosophies designed to develop balance and efficient body movement. Ultimately, this will help prevent injury through the correction of faulty mechanics. We offer a variety of classes to help incorporate this type of training for everyone from beginning to advanced levels of fitness.

Our gym facility is open 24-hours and has a large, open area to accommodate many types of workout: from floor ladder drills and slide boards, to plyometric boxes, elastic bands and beyond. Fisher Strength & Health also has a traditional powerlifting side to the gym that allows for heavy record-setting training if you wish to push your body to the limit.
